Date: Monday, School: Overview: This is my second visit to FDAV (Frederick Douglas Academy V).The principal, Ms. Deborah Chimini is interested in creating an online resource library that will be a collaborative endeavor among school staff and students.I prepared materials for today’s meetings and had met with Annette Fiorentino- School’s staff developer, Ed Bullock – math teacher and Jessica Morales – Science teacher.All three were involved in submitting a proposal for a technology grant.We had discussed the steps the school will need to take to create an online resource library.I had created a survey for the teachers and a template for links submission. I had also explored examples with them and met separately with Ms. Fiorentino. They all seemed very excited and Ms. Fiorentino will share the information with the administration
and the school staff. Next Steps: (Follow-up Procedures): Ms. Fiorentino and I will try to schedule and meet towards the end of April.I will also assist them with creating their portal. Anticipated Outcomes:
